Bayo Beans

Bayo Beans get there name from the word 'Bayou' - a body of water in a low lying area of the Mississippi delta, usually a slow moving stream or river. Traditionally used in Creole and Cajun cuisine, Bayo Beas are now used in many Latin American and Mexican dishes. They are often used in soups, stews and to make re-fried beans
